Sullivan Homes are family owned, family run, family oriented
facilities. We have specialized in caring for adults with needs since 1998.Our homes are Fully Licensed Community Based Residential
Facilities and we provide State Licensed certified care. We are located in a residential district near the center of Wausau
Wisconsin, just blocks from a shopping mall, community churches, a public transit station, workshops and various businesses.
Our facilities serve residents who may be developmentally disabled, suffer mental illnesses, be frail or elderly,
or suffer from drug or alcohol related illnesses. Our homes work within three general catagories of placements. We work with
families and case management teams to provide the most least restrictive environment for each one of our residents, on a case
by case basis.
We accept resident placements from referral sources such as Health Care Facilities, U.C.P., Family
Care, Lutheran Social Services, Winnebago Mental Health Institute, and Private Family Placements.
